Coverage Area, Residence, Target Group

The coverage area is the whole of Europe in geographical rather  political terms as well as neighbouring states such as Armenia and  Southern Mediterranean countries.

The Target Group is any party facing a problem in the area of book and paper conservation-restoration.

For the time being the Centre in its initial state is promoted by the organization "Das Buch im Zentrum" in Horn, Austria.
